The ISO-MIX products are designed for efficient liquid mixing, powder mixing, deaeration, gas dispersion and tank cleaning - cleaning in place (CIP).
In the ISO-MIX system, liquid is pumped from the bottom of a tank and injected into the bulk liquid through the nozzles of the mixer, which is positioned under the surface of the liquid. The liquid jets sweep the entire volume of the tank, which ensures quick and efficient mixing. Liquids, gases or powder can be added into the loop. Between batches, the ISO-MIX Rotary Jet Head can also be used as a highly efficient tank cleaning machine.
The ISO-MIX Mixing Technology is suitable for most tanks and reactor systems in the beer and beverage industry, biotech/pharma industry, chemical industry and other applications, provided that
• The temperature of the liquid is below 120°C
• The liquids contain no highly abrasive materials.
Compared to traditional mechanical mixing systems, such as traditional mixing impellers, the ISO-MIX mixing equipment offers a number of advantages, like
