Mixing liquid food products

The ISO-MIX rotary jet head can be used in the production of all types of liquid food in applications with liquid temperatures below 120ºC.

Edible oils
Cold-pressed oils, such as olive, rape seed, linseed and fish oils, all contain some amount of oxygen picked up during the pressing and processing. Oxygen is unwanted in oils as it has a negative influence on the taste and quality of the product.

With an ISO-MIX system in the oil tank it is possible to recirculate the oil while adding nitrogen. This will remove the oxygen from the oil resulting in a higher product quality with improved shelf life. Removing the oxygen is a simple and cost-effective solution that eliminates the need for antioxidants in the oil product.
