Mixing beverages – Optimized soft drink production

Millions of liters of soft drinks are produced every year using the ISO-MIX Mixing Technology. Pepsi, Coca Cola, TetraPak, Harboe, Aqua D'Or and many more have improved the mixing process in soft drink production plants by installing the ISO-MIX Mixing Technology in mixing tanks, as shown below:

Liquid mixing

The photo shows a typical juice concentrate mixing tank equipped with an ISO-MIX machine and powder mixer. This solution offers fast mixing time (only a few minutes) while being a completely sanitary system at a competitive price.

Syrup and water are mixed with different ingredients such as flavours, colours, aspartame etc., either in liquid form or in powder form. ISO-MIX powder mixing ensures good in-mixing of the powders without the risk of “fish eyes”.

The same layout can be used for deaeration of water or juice prior to bottling, thereby improving shelf life of the product.

Please read the article "ISO-MIX creates a stir at Harboe" describing the installation of an ISO-MIX solution to boost capacity in the soft drink production.
